Does anyone know whether Shanahan's wheel is horizontal or vertical? Numbers on the side or the outside?
I want, no I need to picture whether its a roulette type wheel, whether its like a carnival game wheel, or if its like the Price Is Right Wheel?
Does he spin it or does the player spin it?
