Spielman injured playing Lacrosse

Does anyone know what happened to JD Spielman? I heard he had a season-ending injury. If thats true, that might not be a good thing for his football future.

I don’t know the whole story but it seems JD Spielman hurt his knee and is out for the rest of the season. He was on the sidelines for Minnetonka at the finish because their news guy made a note of it in a tweet about the game. I am not sure if he played in Minnetonka game or not.

From what I gathered, his kneecap came out of place and recovery time for that ranged from 3 weeks to few months

I think they said he actually initially hurt it during the football season and did not get surgery, then the same thing happened in lacrosse. Now he's getting surgery (got surgery?) on it and he should be good to go.

Wow, did you know Jim Brown was an absolute animal in Lacrosse for Syracuse back in the 1950s?
