Also, just throwing this out there but Trey Parker does not get enough credit as a musician/song writer. I'm fairly certain all of the South Park songs and the majority of the musical numbers in Bigger Longer and Uncut, Team America, and The Book of Mormon are all him. I know Matt Stone helps on a lot of it but I've heard Trey was a music major in college so he's probably the guy actually composing the music.

IMO, the last few seasons South Park has been pretty weak..But this season is one of the best seasons in a long, long time.

Yeah the last few seasons have gotten better IMO. Creme Fraiche is probably my favorite episode ever. But the 1st episode of this season was one of the best in a long time too.

I have to say, that the last 10 years or so of South Park has been very hit or miss, still a hell of a lot better than anything the Simpsons have come out with in around 15 years, but it was not near as good as the first 5 seasons, but this new season might be the best one yet.

I've always thought that the first 5 seasons of South Park were the best cartoons ever made, and while it's definitely not the same, for once, I think the newer episodes are actually better than the old. This is the only show that has been running this long to have ever rebounded like this.

The Simpsons stopped being funny 15 years ago and nothing has changed. Family Guy started going the top and trying way too hard, but South Park has been killing it in a good way.
