I'm baaaaaaack....
Brian is gonna leave. We need to know how much overhauling is needed on D in one year. I don't want to wait until July 1st to start hammering this out.
I'm sure Holland is sticking pins in his Poile voodoo doll as we speak...
My gut is telling me he will take a run at a vet like Kaberle. He would look pretty good feeding Lidstrom on the point. Bieksa would be a nice addition, but he's not really Holland's style. I am actually a little intrigued this offseason, for once.

I know Kaberle has looked bad in Boston, that's why I think Holland will go for it. His value is way down and he'll be able to sign him to a shorter, smaller contract... meanwhile, Lidstrom's pretty much given anyone who plays with him a career year.
If Holland is going poaching in Vancouver, I think he's going after Ehrhoff.
Ok, I'm buying a little of what you're selling.
Bieksa is gonna want about a gazillion bajillion U.S. dollars after this is all said and done.
I know, and he's so up and down that it's not a safe consistent pick up. I just don't see Holland wanting to pay that bill.
There are some interesting options out there but I think he goes for Kaberle and then maybe a guy like Brewer.
I wonder how hard we'd have to beat Poile's kneecaps to get him to trade Suter... Auto, you up for a road trip?
What if we get jumped by Trotz's giant neck!?
