You can probably trade him to Houston for Watson
The unfortunate reality of having a high priced QB. Especially one who is unhappy and wishes to be traded.
That's the way it works.....This move was expected. Wasnt a fan of this contract when it was signed last year. Looking at ways they can free up cap this offseason, he was near the top of the list.
His 2021 salary was only 8.075M on year 2 of a two year 23M contract.Hes a stud but not worth his contract.
I have no idea either. I just looked at his stat lines and i thought he was more of an impact player. His 2021 salary was only 8.075M on year 2 of a two year 23M contract.
I'm not sure how you can say he's a stud, but not worth that money.
yepCutting Reed and re-signing Dunlap is generally regarded as a big plus for the Seahawks by fans, opposing fans, and the media.
That isn't excuse really.
Most of the league would kill to have to pay Wilson his contract.
This cut is because Reed flat out isn't worth his contract. Reed has major deficiencies in his game and he is being paid as a top 12 DT right now. It was just a bad contract.
Actually he is 15th in DT salary but the point remains generally correct. That isn't excuse really.

Damn it. He was the FA I wanted in Dallas
