That means you don't have 50 posts yet. Certain things are on lockdown for new posters until they reach 50 posts to help weed out the spammers. Once you get to 50, you are considered a "trusted" poster and those things should unlock.

I get my time from doing the same job for the last 25 years, so nobody messes with me, and since I can do my job now with 1/2 my brain tied behind my back, I end up with a lot of more or less free time each work day.
