Seeing i don't have to sift through all of the bullshit posts and pissing contests here, this is like heaven. Many thanks again for the invite guys.

This board is great!
Functionality and overall speed is much better. Quality of posts is high. Maddogging/trolling is non-existent.
I haven't been to Mickey Mouse board ever since I switched to this one.
Hell, it took me 3 years there to get to 100 posts. Happened in only 1 week here - hope it's not too much

Let's put it this way:

-I've created more posts and threads here in a week than I did in an entire year on the old board. I feel like the odds of a good response to the effort has increased exponentially.

-I'm stoked by the fact that a fellow poster knew who Vladimir Dzurilla was. Now, that may have happened at the old board. But chances are, if I had mentioned that name, someone would have argued that Crosby/Ovechkin was better.

-I like the fact that a mod went out of their way to clarify something for me via PM, even though such clarification wasn't necessary. That sort of thing can go a long way.

- I just like the general vibe of the place. I try to create positive, informative contributions to threads while interspersing the occasional jibe, sub-reference, or side comment. This board has seemed receptive to such a style.

- I really can't think of a complaint at this point.

So, all in all, I'm happy here and I plan on sticking around and doing my best to contribute to make this a board at which people like to visit and participate.
