The NBA will never come back to Seattle if the arena is location at Seattle Center.

The NHL has begged Seattle to bid on a NHL franchise since the early 90’s, not a league that left because of the mild politics compared to today’s environment. Let alone move a NBA team that would be 4th in the pecking order of tenants.
