They are really surprising me too this year. Thought losing Smart and Brown would be too much to overcome for this year. Forte has really stepped up. I could see them finishing as high as 3rd in the Big 12.

They've had moments lately where they look like they can play with anybody. Nash is solid. I think our defense will help us make some noise in the tourney, barring the yearly Ford breakdown.

I'm just stoked we are on an 8 game win streak! We'd never won @New Mexico and recently beatup SDSU. After Drmic went down for the season, I certainly didn't anticipate we'd climb to #2 in the MWC.
