I have a good feeling about this kid......even in his interviews he seems like a great leader for this team. He may not have the physical attributes of the perfect QB, but I think the guy has the skills and the heart to be a great QB for WVU.

Naming a starter early helped last year. Skyler should benefit from getting most of the first team reps. He did show some promise last year. I hope Dana can get him to the next level. He has the skills, he does not appear to be fragile.

Accuracy will be the big issue with Skylar. He needs to show that he can throw that great pass on 3rd down with the game on the line. Last year, I noted several overthrows on key plays in the game. If he can keep on target, he could be a great QB.
