There is real opportunity against the Giants for our O. This is not the same style of tough defense we've faced weeks 1 & 2.

They've actually ranked pretty well in run defense but they also haven't had to defend a team with the Run game that we've shown so far either.

Also Jordan is a complete mismatch for them to defend as he is for most teams. Knock wood, please stay healthy...

Gotta take advantage.

I know Will Compton has starts under his belt, but I sure hope he's ready in a big spot like this. Riley struggled in coverage last year against TEs and RBs, but he's been off to a good start. Hope his absence doesn't affect the defense too much.

Last week I wanted to see what Brandon and Morgan would do. This week I'm looking at Trent, Goldson, and Will.

I'm thinking that there may be some great opportunities for Grant and Crowder if the Giants focus too much on Garçon and Jordan and our run game. They are under the radar players to them. Pretty sure the Gnats think we have no speed threat at all with DJax out. Like to see that thinking bite them in the ass.

We haven't really mentioned that we are again facing our old friend Dwayne Harris..ugh. Still remember his TDs from returns when he was with the Boys. Grrrrrrrr.

I believe they were in Cover 3 and DHall got caught peaking into the backfield thinking he was going to jump a route. Barry believes the deep responsibility DBs shouldn't get beat. I bet DHall got reminded of that and otherwise he played a good game.

I don't put too much stock into the Giants poor pass defense considering they faced Romo, Dez, Witten and Ryan, Jones, and White. I also don't put too much stock into their run defense considering they faced McFadden, and Parker.

It's really, really early. I mean we have the #1 D in the league. I doubt we are number 1 if we had just finished playing the Cowboys and Falcons, and not the Dolphins and Rams.

I really have no idea what to expect, especially if Cruz, DRC, and Flowers can't go. They would miss those boys.

I am repeating myself from last year but I like Michael Phillips. He knows the game.

i have always felt jarret had a chance to make the team because he played CB before moving to safety and i have a bias toward those types because i feel they cover better at safety . plus he hits hard
