basically take Louisiana wing sauce, add butter, puree 8 fresh habeneros and add to pan... let simmer.

Pour in bowl and mix w/ wings and let them soak for 10 mins.

My dad has one of the funniest stories ever about that. Him and his buddies were at some function drinking beer and they were passing around a platter with peppers on it. Dad didn't know anything about any of the peppers so when it came to him he just grabbed one of the orange ones because he thought red = hot, orange = medium, and green = mild.



He said he just threw it in his mouth and chewed it up and swallowed it real fast not knowing what it was. And all of a sudden everyone around him was like "OHHH FUCK MAN.....YOU JUST ATE A HABANERO"

He had a bad time for a while thereafter.
