I like Gold's lineup better, no question Milk has the better rotation though. Benches and pen tilt this one in favor of Gold for me...

sorta feel the same about Gehrig and Aaron in the same lineup. But love the bullpen of Golds. Gold the winner

Gold, if you do win. Which I don't think you should!!! But if you do win you should have arky Vaughan as your number 2 hitter. Look at the obp and strike outs!!!

I ranked the teams on a player by player scoring basis, and had Gold higher in that format. However, head to head, I thinjk Milk has too much of an advantage in starting pitching, Seaver against Blyleven, Ford against Lemon, in a series, Milk wins

1B - Gehrig > Greenberg
2B - Whitaker > Myer
SS - Vaughan > Pesky
3B - Boyer > Evans
LF - Brock < Henderson
CF - Lynn = Snider Snider was a better hitter but Lynn was a better CF.
RF - Hank > Wilson
DH - Berger < Cash
Bench - Gold > Milky
Rotation - Gold < Milky
Bullpen - Gold > Milky


I feel like Milky has the better HOF pitchers but I have the better non HOF pitchers and I feel like Reardon is the best non HOF RP in this whole draft.

Are we taking into account not just the hitting but the plays made on the field? I have some awesome gold glovers that think makeup for anything close to a tie in hitting. Bert had a nasty curveball and I feel people are sleeping on him as a #1.

Yeah Milk I really don't know what people are seeing here honestly. Your top 2 in the rotation is a huge difference over Gold's imo.

you know, its hard to separate which team has the better players and how those players fit... Gold has the best 3-4 hitters in this draft... and we all are going gaga seeing them bat together... The problem is that players can only be as great as the rest of their team... For example my 3-4 hitters were great too, of course not as good as his, but mine would get better counting numbers solely because my 1-2 would be on base at a much better percentage...

So even though his 3-4 hitters are better players, i like my 3-4 hitter better because they would do better....
