As for the Cooke comment. He has behaved well but at the time of the hate it was well deserved, you can't deny that.

Alex Burrows should probably be on the list

Burrows is more a pest than dirty (he's cleaned up his act). Edler would get my vote for dirtiest Canuck (although sometimes I think he just zones out and doesn't realize what he's doing).
