- Suspension is increased to one full season
- Brady is assessed a $100MM fine
- Brady is prohibited from ever wearing UGGs in public
- All Patriot Super Bowl wins are forfeited
- Brady's children are removed from his home and sent to be raised by Jets fans

Stays at 4. Brady and his lawyer have pretty much already guaranteed that by threatening through the media to take it to court afterwards if not completely exonerated. No reason to reduce the suspension if they are just going to fight it anyway.

What happens in court though after this is a whole other can of worms that I have no guess on at this point.
