I would actually love to see what Harbaugh can do with this kid. He is loaded with talent and with Harbaugh's guidance he could turn into something really special. Since he was in college I've compared him to Big Ben (in his prime), I still believe that he gets to that level of play.

He has issues off the field as well as on this season. Even if we picked him up I doubt he would be an instant back-up. Is he better than Skelton or McCoy..I would say yes but he is not ready as a back-up for any team.

Well I guess it is more a team issue, missing meetings and a photo shoot ,taking a different drug for his ADHD then the one presbribed. An overall deline of commitment to the team. It is not like he had been in trouble with the law ,at least I don't know of any.
