We have a ton of WRs that are highly talented. At RB we've got a platoon starter, a guy who hasn't done anything worthwhile in the league, a guy who gets the ball only on 3rd down, and Peerman. Not even close to what we have at WR.
One, there isn't alot to talent at WR. We have A.J. Green and two rookies. Second, Moreno, while injury prone, has produced when given an opportunity. Like most West Coast coaches McDaniels prefered to use a running back by committee approach so you can't blame him for the type of offense the coach chose to deploy. And lastly, Peerman roster spot is due to his value on special teams and not for his contribution on offense.
