Yes he should be there. If Baines is in then there is no excuse, also the Colorado excuse shouldn't exist either his numbers in Montreal were very good also.
He was comparing them to Baines.you can't be serious in comparing Langford and O'neill with Walker..
150 more HR, 500 more rbi, 40 points on BA against langford in a short look.
The only number O'neill is better than Walker in is GDP.

Hall of Famer
.298/ .352/ .502/ .854/ 128 ops+
47 WAR
Not a Hall of Famer
.313/ .400/ .565/ .965/ 141 ops+
72.7 WAR
So glad he got in.
Well deserved
he hit .379 in 1999, had a 1.168 OPShe was awesome in Montreal too (128 OPS+ and 21.3 WAR in 654 games (5.3 WAR per 650 PA)). it's not like his bat fell off when he went to St. Louis (134 OPS+ at age 38-39 before retiring). Great hitter (.313/.400/.565, 141 OPS+) even after you adjust for his era and Coors Field, a very good baserunner and a great fielder (7 Gold Gloves, +94 Total Zone Runs). He had 72.7 WAR in just over 8000 PA and averaged nearly 6 WAR per 650 games. He was very good for a long time (4+ WAR in ten seasons, 48.3 Wins Above Average) and has a strong peak (7.8 WAR in 2001 and 9.8 in 1997). He's 11th all-time among right fielders in WAR7, 10th in JAWS and 11th in WAR (all figures above the averages for HOF right fielders).
easy yes for me.
