Too injury prone for my liking. The fact that he's been getting shopped around worries me to. I think we're okay on the O-line right now. I wouldn't mind re-signing Barry Simms for insurance. Hopefully Boone can make the team this year.

Signing Andrews to a long term deal would be really tempting to me. I don't mean a big long term deal, but just enough guarenteed money to reel him in for a few years. It's not like the VaGiants cut him 'cause he was injured last season or didn't play well. They cut him 'cause he was schedulted to make 7.5 million dollars this season. I watched quite a few Giants games last year, and I thought Andrews played really well.

Also, he's only turning 29 in December. Planty of tread left on the tires.

I would do it. He has made the pro bowl twice, so he has to have a good amount of ability. Plus he would be a good insurance policy in case Rachal starts sucking. Also would be great if he could play RT as well, but G and T are two completely different positions.

Put in a weight clause and make it incentive based. I'd be open to stashing Gaither too.
