Weird, everything I have read says he was born in Edmonton and lives in Edmonton. I'm from Fremont, would be pretty exciting to see someone crack an NHL roster who was from my hometown.

Good signing. Sena has a rocket of a shot and is one mean SOB to play against. Not sure if he'll ever make it to the big club, but he'll be very tough to play against if he does. Now if the Sharks would just sign Tyler Johnson as well, everything will be right with the world!

Born in Hayward in 1990, Acolatse grew up watching the Sharks, attending games with his father. He soon began skating and playing hockey at the facility now known as Sharks Ice at Fremont. Due to a family relocation, Acolatse moved to Edmonton, Alberta in 1998, where he continued his hockey career.
