And in fairness it's not all on Waldron. The OL isn't very good but Caleb holds onto the ball too long (same thing he did at USC) and has taken a League high 38 sacks.

But, Waldron was the OC and he is the one designed to create an offense so Caleb can succeed. He didn't do that.

Thinks Joseph should be on Caleb about getting the ball out quicker after the ball is snapped and throwing it out of bounds if a play isn't there. He is holding onto the ball too long as previously mentioned.

No. Firing Eberflus is the right move. We should’ve come into this season with a different head coach.

We need a FULL revamp.

That our QB's have been getting demolished year after year and our offensive line coach remains is all you really need as evidence that it's a waste of time with Eberflus or any of his clown show underlings.

This team had the perfect opportunity to go with Jim Harbaugh this past offseason and didn't even consider it....for Matt Eberflus-one of the worst coaches in our team history. We've had some bad ones, too. But ball and numbers don't lie. Someone like Matt Nagy looks like Vince Lombardi next to this turd.

There's just simply no way to know which college QB will succeed early in an NFL system and which ones flop. So many examples of the unknowns. The GOAT was an 8th rounder, right?

I said from the jump they should have taken Daniels....But, Caleb will still be a good one.....he just needs an OL and an OC who will cater to his strengths.....Waldron was calling plays but with no rhyme or reason to them.

Waldron was probably as bad a hire as OC as Getsy in Vegas. And that's pretty bad.

Caleb taking a League high in sacks is really bad and why I would also have the QB coach under fire if Caleb continues to struggle. He should be telling Caleb to throw it out of bounds as soon as a pass rusher is headed his way.....

You can fire every coach on the team and the players still play like shit, because they're shitty players.
Until the coaches and scouts can separate the wheat from the chaff, nothing will change.

Someone in the locker room has to step and take the bull by the horns and start leading everyone. Call out a few guys publicly and see if it will start to turn the ship around. Even a nuclear aircraft carrier has to turn into the wind to launch.
