I wanted RG3. He was unbelievable in 2012. I had no idea that he was as self-absorbed as he was.

I have told this story before but here goes again.

I was 100% opposed to drafting Griffin. I was in Quantico, VA having lunch with my GF and her daughter, we walked out of the restaurant and I saw Mike had drafted Cousins and I fist pumped. I didn't know what Cousins would be but I knew he was better QB than Griffin. I was right about Griffin and Cousins was much better than RGIII.

The most surprising part of the interview to me was RG3s dad coming in the locker room and talking about play calls.

RG3 on social media does not seem like the guy that has his dad so involved in his professional life.
