We need a HUGE play from the defense. I mean a pick-6 type play.

OK now its time to vent.

The 49ers were totally unprepared this game. They needed a wake up call real bad and maybe this was it. But, the defense played like shit. The special teams played like shit, the offense has played like shit.

Offense thinking Smith is Brady and throwing all the time in the first half. And the OLine couldn't block anyone

Special teams teams getting a fg blocked and letting harvin get good yards on kick returns.

Defense just started the game out flat and the niners never recovered. Not covering TDs or RBs. Missing tackles left and right. Not getting any pressure on the QB. Stupid penaltys on defense. I am shocked at the lack of preparation for this game.

Vikings fans have wanted a flag at every possible turn in this game if you listen to them in the stadium. Ha.

The thing about it was is that you can't see for sure the Vikings recovered the ball but where the Vikings players were positioned on the ground, to me, my question was how in the heck could the Vikings NOT recover that ball?

----

And that's the Peterson I fear. Amazing what he's able to do.

I thought it was silly The way they went on also.

Total BS call
Nothing on that replay shows #55 recovered the ball. He fell in out but lost it in the pile to #97.

Yes, but that would have been a technicality. No doubt Gore fumbled and no doubt Minny recovered. Only reason it was an issue was because the officials missed a clear fumble.
