** That little box under anyone's name next to the "On" box with the check and "X" marks....click that under anyone who you want to give rep to.....a box pops up with "Approve" and "Disapprove" and a comments box to type something witty or whatever....("Approve" is generally already chosen)...then click the send or whatever it says button and you're done.

** 99.9% of the people here don't use the "disapprove" option because it just pisses people off. lol

** You can give rep to 5 people over a 24 hour period, so what I do is try to pick a certain time that I rep people and I stay to that time schedule otherwise you'll get it all kinds of messed up.

** You go up a rep level for every 100 points you get and whatever your rep level is is what you give to someone else. Like right now, if you repped 92 you would be giving him 56 points. If I do it, you go up 26 rep levels.
