I will say that Ive made fun of Scott Brooks at least 20 times because of his love of Kendrick Perkins but Perkins is actually playing fairly well in this matchup

Westbrook would be a top 5 player if he just worked on his jumpshot. Its like early career Lebron in that you just hope he isnt smart enough to ever figure that out

Keep making fun of him though. Yeah, its true Perk can play well against certain guys (Dwight, Z-Bo, and that's about it). But that's no justification for playing him as much as he does. He's a limited player that should get limited minutes. But apparently Brooks likes to play 3 on 5 on offense all the time (Thabo can't score either).


That last "play" Brooks drew up was horrible. I really hope KD just improvised because that's embarrassing.


It's not the playoffs without Joey Crawford doing something to get himself airtime.

Brooks had always been horrible at drawing up plays late in the game. Those game winners Durant makes have been difficult shots.

I dont think Crawford is rigging anything. I just think he is arrogant and thick headed enough to think he needs to be part of the game instead of an NBA official.

Crawford could of just waved it off or blew the whistle. But I have never seen a ref run towards a player, that is absolutely a disruption.

Its a #2 seed (playing at home) versus a #7 seed.
It should never come down to the league MVP complaining that the referee "iced" him by taking an extra 30 seconds to get the scoreboard correct.


The Grizzlies were the BETTER team in game 5.
The refs had little to do with it.


OKC might be the better team in game 6 and its all forgotten.

This is a bad match for OKC, the Grizzlies are a half court team, wich suit's them well for the playoffs with their low post presence. OKC has no one to match Gasol & Randolph.

Main point is there should of been 0.2 seconds left which means the tip was good. Should of been 3.1 seconds instead of 2.9
