I guess blowing up the team and calling up the kids from Rochester is just what the Sabres needed to do all along?

Adam and Porter get called up last game against the Pens, and Porter got 2 goals, while Adam scores the 1st goal against the Sens tonight.

This is some of the best hockey I have seen from the Sabres all year, and it is without players like Vanek, Leino, Leopold, Regehr, and now Pommers.

I really hope this is a turning point for the Sabres, and that all our prospects and draft picks starts paying off really soon.

in fairness that goal on Miller was re-directed and as for that pens game..I feel that was the best game of the season next to us beating boston 2x.

Ott with the A as the Sabres won't be getting a new captain this season is nice as well.
