I'm a big Superman fan. So instead of blatantly going with something with "Superman" in it, I went with the comic book company that publishes the Superman franchise.
favorite radio station growing up had a slogan "dare to be different". Been using dare2be for most of my internet life. When I signed up on ee-ess-pee-en dare2be was already taken, so I just added "me" to the end and thus "beme" was born. Glad I could drop the "me" here...
LMAO...I mis-corrected someone who thought you were a Caps fan with "DC hero"..."no, it's D.Chero"I always read your name as D. Chero. DC hero makes a lot more sense.
I always wondered if you had something against land measurement units, or maybe day care centers. My name is a contraction of 'Destroy the core' which was the goal of the old Gradius games. The name has gone through several contractions over the years the current one being from a website that only allowed user name lengths of 12 characters.
so.... what was the question? The 42 is inspired by the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It was also my senior year basketball number and my current hockey number.
you don't see many of those around!A Philosophy Major and also a Felix Potvin fan.
subtle. nice. I thought it was D Chero too.I'm a big Superman fan. So instead of blatantly going with something with "Superman" in it, I went with the comic book company that publishes the Superman franchise.
best story yetAbout 8 years again at an old job, I had just gotten dumped by a girlfriend.
Word got around and then all of a sudden the mail clerk approached me and said she was sorry to hear about it but had a crush on me for a while. I ended up banging her in the mail room later that day and postmaster was my new nickname from my friends. 2230 was the address of the building.
about 8 years ago, created an email address which became my screenname here so i could get an email read on the jim rome radio show
it was a haiku about moles
I
I always wondered about that, as you always seem to pull references deep out of the wayback machine, and I was drawing a blank on that one. I figured (still do) it was an obscure soccer reference.

If you're gonna get it wrong, get it right.

No...no you don't...but it was quite a story...when does it come out in paperback?...
Name is Kendra, last name starts with a "G". Born in 1954. Friends call me KennyG -- "kennyg54" was taken when I first signed up, so dropped an "n".
Thank you for inventing the Internet, Dr. CerfAfter I invented the internet I couldn't think of a screen name so my wife came up with it. I was working as supervisor and ran a department with over 200 employees. That's where the "Bossman" came from. The "PC" are the initials of the company I worked for.
