The reason it's not shocking isn't because it was Malkin or a Penguin in general, I hope, but because they're just not calling penalties half the time they're committed. Because they're not calling much.

I know he's a convicted hair puller, but Kunitz took three cross checks to the back of his head in one shift with no call, so clearly they're letting anything that doesn't directly lead to a chance go.
