That could be. It just started showing up this morning and it's fairly consistent.

I was checking national cable and satellite network tier packages a couple days ago to see which ones had PAC and Big 10 conference networks bundled into their basic packages and which ones had it bundled into the next tier where you get ESPNU.

Cox (the ad) is my provider here. They bundle Big 10 Network into the basic package and I have to subscribe to ESPNU to get the PAC 12 Network. SEC Network will go into that bundle with the PAC 12.
