so, what is the next move for the A&M to SEC to happen?

I guess bohls and co is stating that OU/OSU to Pac12 will happen this month but the Aggie situation must be resolved first.

We have a regular traffic jam going on in the Big 12.

Well, now that OU's planning on leaving, Baylor will probably sue. They've always said as long as the big 12 can survive, they'll drop the lawsuit. Now that it's dead, the Baylor/aggie war is just starting.

I actually think the SEC should sue Baylor for tortious interference of contract. The SEC would have a better case with the same charges than Baylor does.

Restraint of Trade, the SEC doesn't have a contract to be interfered with.

The SEC doesn't want to mess with a lawsuit though.
A&M needs to step up and counter sue for Restraint of Trade or at least threaten to. They have a better case than Baylor would.

While Baylor's lawsuit claims injuries because the SEC talked to A&M there is a procedure in the conference by-laws for this so the injuries are already dealt with.

But A&M is being held from entering into a better contract by Baylor who cannot sell even a fraction of their alloted tickets, who has no television revenue to speak of and is a general drain on the conference.

I am no lawyer but that seems like restraint of trade.

Baylor sells a small fraction of tickets, doesn't have television revenue and basically is a drain on A&M's economy. By standing in the way of A&M's contract withthte SEC they are restraining them.
