Mantle has some entertaining stories.

Him and Pat Summerall. He said they were not good for each other back in their playing days (Mantle-Yankees and Summerall-NY Giants). They both had liver transplants but Mantle's was not successful as a result of their heavy drinking. But both lives were changed in the end.

He was an incredible athlete but his knees did him in. Ran like the wind, hit, field, throw, you name it and I hated the Yankees. But give credit to where credit is due. Got to see him play.
