I am surprised to see the Canucks that low on the list, but I don't quite trust the numbers.
and I definitely call shenanigans on the figures posted for Florida, Atlanta and Phoenix.

I think this is another dubious story from the Bleacher Report...

i'm very suprised to see the devils so high, especially when center ice tickets down low are 250 a piece....

but does it make anyone else laugh to learn that the NHL owned coyote's are 3rd?

Many of these numbers don't seem right. I call BS on this article.

The Islanders have a deal in which if you buy any season ticket package you get the first chance to buy tickets to any other events at the Coliseum. For instance they'll contact you to find out if you want tickets to Beyonce before the tickets go public.

My, how times have changed. I had two season tickets for the first six years of the Minnesota North Stars. $2.40 a seat. Total cost for forty games, $192.00. They were half way up in the second level, in one of the ends, where I prefer to sit when I watch a hockey game.

That doesn't look right... Detroit, Buffalo, and a plethora of Canadian teams are very low on that list, while the Lighting and other poor draws are up at the top?

Draw looks like it has nothing to do with that, though.
It's only a list of what the absolute most expensive seat in the house would cost for 42 games, which means it's not much of a real world scenario unless you know the owner or are named Basille. Each of those seems to be far, far, far above even the second most expensive seat. So if you want to sit on the glass, giving advice to the coach, that's what it would cost.

That's about the same time frame when my granddad bought his first house for $2500.00 and had what he considered to be an outrageously expensive mortgage of $21.45/month. (my grandmother showed me the original paperwork when i bought my first house. It was disgusting.)

That said, I pay 780.00 for upper corners, 2 seats, 26 game package with 3 extra game vouchers. This is our 11th year.
Pretty good deal. It should actually be more than that, since they were nice enough to move our section to a higher bracket this year for no other reason other than the y can :-)-/)... ut we were basically grandfathered in to that price level since we bitched a little.

Not so expensive that if I miss a couple, no sweat.

their Canucks math / 41 games = $176.
I know for a fact that some seats are above $250, not even counting the prime club or whatever that call it (the section with waiters)

Puck - who's the quote from?

Waylon Jennings - from the song "Luckenbach, Texas"

I think it sums up life pretty well
