Pete Carroll says he is going to practice and "could" play.

Harvin seems more optimistic on his twitter feed saying " 12's see u in 2 weeks ... It's go time once again"

Does getting Harvin back into the line-up worry any of you other NFC playoff foes or do you think he's missed too much time and won't contribute much?

Lets just hope he can stay healthy. He is just another player teams will have to prepare for but with so little playing time there is very little to look at. His biggest affect may be the crowd. (noise level). A long return or yards after the catch and the place might come unglued.

Doesn't matter what he does personally if it forces defenses to pay attention to where he is and maybe rotate their better coverage to his side. It helps Tate and Baldwin have more chances at looks. Outside of that of course he can make a difference. He wasn't in very long in his only game this year and had an impact.

Hell, he has to be better at kick off returns than robert-fumble-twice-in-one-game-turbin doesn't he? :L

Oh hell ya. Turbin was terrible at kick returns. I just hope Harvin has enough practice time with the team that he doesn't come in a disrupt the chemistry. Of course the way the Offense has been playing since December started probably could use whatever help they can get.

agreed. The story is coming out now that hours after PC said harvin may go on IR he saw him in a workout with Wilson (a private workout btw) and saw how explosive he looked and will now be our go to guy in the playoffs essentially. This screams red herring to me.

The Seahawks will play a maximum 3 games in the next 5 weeks. Replacing Harvin on the roster with someone who would seemingly be the least talented person on the roster for only 3 games, with virtually no shot at seeing playing time, doesn't make any sense. Especially when keeping Harvin on the roster at least forces teams to waste time game planning for him
