Now, what will the score be?

Alright.....so after thinking things through, and using my computer system from last year, here is what I've come up with.

Logical Prediction: UCLA - 48, Neb - 35
Guy from Montana Prediction: UCLA - 45, Neb - 38
My Computer System: Neb - 35, UCLA - 34
A drunk man: Neb - 41, UCLA - 28

Ugh I'm so nervous about this game

I don't see it being low scoring unless we rush for some byu like numbers

I don't think this game come on our defense bc they aren't gonna stop or shit ucla down

I'm thinking 52-41 my nod is ucla

Beck is gonna have to make a choice
1. Hide our defense and run clock off and slow the game down

2. Let it loose and don't hide from the shoot out invite from ucla and use all the weapons wr n rb wise.
Even use TA in some wildcat bone formation

Last we got strike early and often when Nebraska jumps out it usually dominates the tempo of the game

I'm going into this game looking at it from the outside. I mean I am not getting emotionally worked up about it. I just keep telling myself you thought this game was going to be a loss before the Huskers ever stepped on the field this year. Our defense is just too young.

And the upside is it doesn't really matter. Sure a loss goes in the L column but regarding the CCG it doesn't mean a thing.

And it could actually help. If this team settles down and goes to work it could win out the rest the season. I would much rather have that then they beat UCLA and think they have all their problems fixed when they coast through the next few games and then lose 4 of the last 5.

Now once the game starts? All that goes out the window but right now I am good with it.

I will feel bad if what I expect to happen, happens. I will be wearing red. I will drink out of my Nebraska coffee cups. I will bring out all my husker chotskies, I won't throw anything at the TV. I will yell a lot. If it gets bad, I will turn off the TV in disgust, whine on the message boards, then go do some household chores.

Why?

I never understood this. That is the absolute worst thing you can do. A couple years ago everyone I was with turned off the TV when we were losing by a bunch to Ohio State late in the 3rd quarter and they left the house.....leaving me there alone.

It sure was funny when they came back later and I was sitting there with a big smile and a glass of whiskey.
