Just announced by the Sabres that Darcy Regier has received a contract extension by the team. WHY NOW !!!!!!!!!!

Pegula should have waited until the end of the year and see what this team does first. OMG I am listening to talk radio and trust me the fans are going to light up the switch boards over this one.

Trust me I typed that fast and angry. Just turned on WGR550 streaming on line and they are already going nut's.

When they got the news the one guy on the show went "Oh no look at the news from the FN center, how well do you think this is going to go over?" The other guy Sal said ummmm not very well.

Thanks buddy got a smile out of me. I am shocked by this move and they are going to start taking calls on it now. This is going to be something to listen to. Most of the people have been saying him and Ruff should be gone if they miss the playoffs again.

I think Regier is a good GM. He's been in Buffalo a long time though. So has Ruff. I guess Pegula didn't want to make a change.
