Bro really said he was open to mid markets because of media circuses and then picks LA, lulz.
Exactly. Go Royals! I would say Go Mariners, but we all know where they end up.

Lost just about everything as a kid due to an earthquake. Now wants to play in a dump of a stadium surrounded by wildfires that is going to get hit by another massive earthquake.

Is the LA market really that bad media wise? Guess I always thought of them as soft. Cause they had a radio host who was a former Trojan made a semi negative comment about Pete Carroll and he basically got expelled from coming around SC until Carroll was gone.

LA is certainly a “big” market, but it’s hardly a baseball market. LA is a Lakers town primarily and the fans are very casual/distant. People certainly aren’t sports-obsessed the same way they might be in Philly, New York or Boston, for example. I would guess Sasaki can just walk down the streets of LA without even being recognized. He would be swarmed in a town like New York.
