Damn, I thought this thread was going to be about Peter Frampton coming to Santa Cruz boardwalk.

50-45, Frampton.

The vast majority of Santa Cruz's shots are either missing or not landing cleanly. Frampton's are much cleaner and more effective.

In the 11th, Santa Cruz's shots were harder, Frampton's were more accurate and more consistent.

10-9, Frampton

this was an awesome fight. this is what we get when real fighters fight the best challengers instead of trying to protect their record. I have more respect for the loser of this fight than all those going the way of Mayweather & hand picking opponents to ensure their victory. If you are a champion you should fight whoever consensus says is the top dog for you to fight. if you want to protect your record, don't go for a belt. That is the way it should be. I have been impressed with the fights some of these champions are taking as of late in the boxing world.
