One I heard was Pelini brings Ganz on as qb coach, coaches db's himself with cassidy helping as GA.

Thought it would be an interesting way to address the qb problem.

Don't think it makes much difference with Hoke. He's in panic mode because the progrma isn't where it should be after three years. Sorta like Brown at Texas his last couple of years grabbing at straws to right the ship (but it ain't gonna happen).

I like this idea as well. Not that we don't need someone to assist with the DBs but we definitely need someone to coach the QBs.

You guys are crazy. this idea is ridiculous to me.

First, Bo needs to oversee all position groups and there are way more problems on this team that he needs to figure out how to fix, as opposed to spending most of the practice with the DBs. Then Cassidy, you want to bring in a guy with virtually zero experience coaching. We are Div 1 school trying to get to the NC, we need a position coach with experience, not another JP.

Then no offense to Ganz, but again, his experience is limited. if you want to get a dedicated QB coach, go get Zac Taylor from the Miami Dolphins. He at least has experience outside of Nebraska.

If Sanders isn't coming back, I want to see Bo get someone that is a proven recruiter. I have no clue who this might be, but I think just about anything would be better than what you guys are proposing.

I give Hoke credit for acknowledging a problem and having the guts to replace a high level staff member. Not only did he replace his OC, he hired an experienced one.

Whether Hoke can put all of the pieces together still remains to be seen. He's only entering his 4th season now, as opposed to Bo, who is entering his 7th.

We promoted the guy who was in charge of "movie night" to DC for freaking sake, it Will be someone with zero coaching experience and zero recruiting ability. We can do all this for a real cheap salary, that's what's really important here, isn't it. Good is dumb

Sanders would be a great choice to come back here, but why would Bo do the smart thing here?
