Kings probably killed any between game momentum the Sharks may have taken (if that even exists), but nice win by the Sharks. Dominated 40 minutes of that game. This series doesn't begin until a road team wins though.

I still have legitimate concerns about the Kings - giving up the first five goals in the game, giving up five period, is a bad sign - you can't come out flat like that every night, and there are two nights off in between games so the Kings will have to mull over this loss for a few days now

There are no moral victories for the Kings tonight - a loss is a loss and they played like crap in this game - let the goalie out to dry too - embarrassing actually

This is a different Sharks team, they just have that killer instinct. They looked good last night, aside from giving up 3 straight goals. The offense will be too much.

When was the last time the Kings with Quick in goal gave up 6 in a game? WOW!! The Sharks kicked some butt.

Hard to blame Quick. He made some nice saves, was under siege for 40 minutes. The 2 goals late in the first were the type of goals that he is susceptible to since he challenges shooters so much. In the end, it was the Kings D that let him down more than anything.
