you're trying to say the defense gave up b/c of CW. Just admit it. Plus, i dont think you have any idea in playing a playoff game to save your season.

Gave up no. Any understanding of momentum and what it does to energy levels is what you don’t understand. Just from a common life perspective, if you dominate what you do but the other team members continue to bring you down, what happens to your work?

Your last sentence doesn’t even make sense.

Throwing 3 picks and keeping the defense on the field longer combined with the 3-outs does have an effect on the defense.

No they don’t dad. Don’t you see what he is saying. The Cleveland offense improved so much at the half, that our third ranked defense was no match for them.

Think about how impressive the third ranked defense is confiding the offense they had to endure.

it was a playoff game. Forget momentum. The defense had to step up b/c the offense was bad. They were put to the test and failed. Im not blaming the whole game on the defense. CW was a big part of it. We deserved to lose. Th wouldn't have made a difference. Move on

Plus add the Fuller missed tackle that led to a TD. Awful effort and we gave up 7. You have to blame the defense there. How was that the offenses' fault?

The offense scored ten points bro. The offense had three turnovers. It is rather easy to blame the offense.

I know it is shocking that defensive players miss tackles on occasion.

So you don’t think momentum occurs in playoff games?

The defense did step up. They held another NFL team to 24 points when their offense committed here turnovers.

Our first possession, CW throws a pick on the third play on our own 36. Defense holds to a FG.

Did I mention we turned it over twice on downs?

Carson Wentz threw for 143 yards and three picks. If TH did that, you would have been screaming for his death. This is why you are a hypocrite. Ten points. How many games did TH only score ten points? CW had the two worst offensive performances this season…wait three worst.

i already said CW was horrible. Yes the first half defense was huge. I said the 2nd half defense was awful. How am I a hypocrite when i said numerous times that CW was awful in that game.

Because you blame the outcome on the defense when the offense scored ten points.

the 2nd half defense for the 10th time. How was the defense good when they gave up 21 points in the 2nd half? 1st half defense was great. Of course, the offense was bad. But as you know for us to win, we have to have great defense (who gets turnovers) and a running game. Our QB's couldn't win games by themselves b/c they are both bad Qb's. To think TH was responsible for the wins we got this year while he started is delusional.

Again, nobody is claiming the defense was good in the second half. You fail to see there are mitigating circumstances that may help explain or even contribute to the poor play. If you refuse to understand that the offense continually throwing picks with a poor leader that nobody respects kills moral and energy. When the QB runs three plays and the defense is immediately back on the field, the defense wears down.

TH is not a bad QB. He is not a good starting QB but he is a good backup because ALL the players respect him. CW is a horrible QB because nobody respects him and has faith in him.

I have never claimed TH is responsible for a single win. I have stated he is the difference, not because he is a good QB but because CW is a horrible QB. TH was the difference.

Google Carson Wentz leadership.

Nornally I'd say as you made the claim. You should provide the proof. I looked though and found nothing about Skins players saying he was a shitty leader. I do recall Jonathhan Allen calling the NFL high school-like with all the bullshit that gets said He also said there were no issues with Wentz.

I also read this. Farewells from Colts teammates confute Carson Wentz leadership narrative

Is Commanders quarterback Carson Wentz actually a bad leader?

If you watched “Hard Knocks,” you know Leonard is the undisputed voice of Indianapolis’ locker room. The fact he took a shot at the Colts’ QB carousel suggests he isn’t thrilled about the team pulling the plug on Wentz after one year.

Leonard could have just chastised the Colts without mentioning Wentz and nobody would’ve batted an eyelash. Instead, the All-Pro linebacker made sure to give his former quarterback a written pat on the back on his way out.

Next, Michael Pittman Jr., who enjoyed a breakout sophomore season catching passes from Wentz in 2021, tweeted out his appreciation for Wentz. The second-year receiver went as far as to call Wentz a “great teammate and friend.”

Wentz is still on the team…nobody says bad things when they are still there and few are honest enough to share publifly.

The proof is out there if you want to look at the evidence. You don’t find it unusual that the team plays much worse with the more talented QB?

Like I said, there are plenty of articles questioning his leadership. You cherry picked a couple that basically claim he is growing up. The problem is, there is no evidence of that on the field.

Agreed. You can be a great player and not be a leader. I didn't ask about any of those things though. G said that nobody including the players have respect for Wentz. I'm not aware of anything quoted from a Skins team mates saying Wentz wasn't respected.

You can also have respect for a person and still feel they aren't the right person for a particular job.

Post it. And not some shit from Irsay's idiotic ass or from players on the Eagles from 3 or how ever many years ago Wentz was an Eagle.

You said the players (meaning Skins players correct) respect Taylor and that nobody (which includes Skins players correct) respects Wentz. Post where you read that shit at. That's all you gotta do.

Wentz is a shitty QB who fucked off the only advantage he had over Taylor. No need to make shit up n go beyond that.

I never claimed i read Carson Wentz was a poor leader on the Redskins. I claimed he was a poor leader. I made this claim because of his history as a poor leader and what I have seen on the Redskins.

TH and CW averaged roughly the same amount of turnovers, yet the team responds much better to TH…why is that? Or do you even agree that the team responds better to TH?

Have you ever heard an interview from Skins players regarding TH? They respond to him and respect him. They know he has limitations but they fight for him because he is fighting. I don’t see a lot of fighting for CW.

CW is far more talented than TH. Why does nobody seem to be better with CW at QB? It is leadership. CW has probably grown soome since coming into the league. That doesn’t make him a leader or some inspirational character.
