Ray was a founding member of The Moody Blues. He passed away Thursday.
He was a brilliant Flautist and songwriter. His best known work was from Legend of a Mind.
Ray was a great singer and had a unique sense of humor. He was one of the reasons The Moody Blues were unique in the music world. My wife and I saw The Moody Blues 8 times.

Thanks Ray, for all the special musical moments and memories.

The guys who were in their 20's in the 60's are in their 70's today.....................many of the greatest musicians ever are nearing the end of their time. RIP Ray, the rest us are not far behind.
