First game of the year for the Sabres, and I must say a very important one.

Sabres have had a tough time with the Sens the past few years, and here's hoping they start off their 40th season with a win over a tough rival.

Questionable tonight for both teams are Spezza and Vanek.

I will make my first bold prediction for the year, and say that if the Sabres beat the Sens tonight, they will make it past the 1st round of the playoffs this year.

Just received an alert that Connolly's helmet was a bit too small. When the equipment manager gave it a little tap to make it fit, Connolly suffered a severe concussion.
