Im actually not completly sure what the guidelines are on this, but his skate was making a forward motion, so i guess that is automatically a kicking motion? I believe I heard the announcer say it can go off the heel so long as its not a kicking motion?

Congrats to the Flyers and their fans on the win.

Both teams have looked horrible so far this year, and you can tell the Flyers wanted a win more than the Sabres did.

Sabres really need to bury those scoring chances or they are going to lose a lot of games this year. It was good to see them keep playing in the 3rd, instead of simply quitting.
