Who wants to bet Grigs' agent typed that up for Mikhail to post on his facebook page?

I don't think so, some of the words and the way it was worded makes it seem like it was himself

Either his agent was very clever in making it look like the English a native Russian speaker would use after having largely mastered the former language, Grigs wrote it himself, or the agent gave Grigs an outline and Grigs put it into his own words.

Good. Had it taken any longer, this situation would have been on par with that time Auto refused to report to the Islanders.

Well if he really wants to play in the AHL instead of the QMJHL then all he needs to do is conveniently locate his birth certificate showing that he was in fact born in 1984 instead of 1994 and it would be no problem.

Seriously though, I can sort of understand his point of view. It's another pretty big life changing event at that young age, 1 of several he's had thus far. I can see how it would be a bit depressing. There really isn't much left for him in junior.

Some fans of other teams in the Q are a bit upset about the timing. Each team is allowed only 2 imports (non-North Americans) but because Quebec already had 2 Europeans on their roster and Grigs was sent down after the trade deadline, they are allowed to keep all 3. It's a bit of a bizarre rule that I had never heard of before now. Not something that would likely come up very often. I just wish Quebec hadn't already made their 1 and only visit here this season. Would have been nice to watch him 1 last time.
