Thank You Auto. Maybe some day the Bills will win one. Those four straight bummers still hurt. Esp "Wide Right" I remember watching the game with my wife two son's and father in law. As Norwood lined up for the kick I put my hands to my face in a praying position (and I'm agnostic), I just repeatedly whispered "Please Scott Please make this" When he missed there was total silence, no one said a word for a minute or two. What an awful feeling.

Maybe someday we can erase that memory as well.

Yeah, i broke a couple things that day. ok, a lot of things. I just kept screaming "I hate Kickers!" I guess the Music city miracle didn't sting so bad after going through those 4 years!

IPW I hope you're right. Don't know if it will happen next year but lets hope it happens.

Watching a team and it's fans celebrate winning the cup gives me goose bumps but, I must admit the jealousy I have watching 20 year old's skating around with the cup knowing I have waited for my team to win it for 40 years. Esp seeing I used to play pick up hockey in Pat Kanes neighborhood many years before he was even born.

Maybe some day our Sabres will win it and make this great fan base proud. This old boy would be one very happy fellow.

Flyer's play Jekyll and Hyde hockey all year and barely eek into the playoffs on the last day of the reg season then blow through the 1st rd, have a miraculous comeback in rd 2 and make a series out the finals before bowing out.

I honestly wanted and predicted a Sabres/Canucks finals for this year. I lived close enough to Buffalo to have a little love for the Sabres and the Bills. Every fan deserves to see their city grab a major championship in their lifetime and I truly do hope Buffalo gets one that doesnt just begin with "Eastern" or "AFC". You guys need the kind that start with "Super" or "Stanley".
