Good, I always kind of liked Chara

I don't know how you can not like Chara. The things he can do with a body that big, gangly, and filled to the brim with human tissue are amazing.

Watching NHL tonight with the boy and they were talking about Chara. At that moment the scroll went across the bottom that the Bruins called up 2 D men.

He said "They called up two to replace him? Are they going to stack them on top of each other?"

Remember when the orphanage caught fire and Chara without hesitation ran over and started pulling kids out of the second story window? He saved over 30 kids that day and only ate two as a his tribute. Good guy.

Remember when that great hockey mind Mike Milbury traded Chara and the draft pick that became Jason Spezza for Alexi Ya$hin...and they signed Ya$hin to a multi-year buzzillion $ contract? And now he makes big bucks as a hockey expert on TV...what a great world

The early-2000s Isles were a great team playing for other teams.

Remember that time Sweet Lou signed that Russian winger to a 17 year deal? What was his name?

And now, after 4 seasons of Chara and 11 seasons of Spezza, the Sens have traded Spezza.

They got Chiasson (age 24) who has looked pretty damn good so far this season.

They got Nick Paul who is playing quite well in the OHL this year (10 goals in 10 games at 6'4 225lbs). I'm willing to bet this guy ends up as a top-notch 3rd line player or maybe even a decent second liner.

They got Alex Guptill. This guy is a welfare case's Spezza; lots of tools, sometimes questionable effort. Probably be a fringe NHLer at some point. They also got a second round pick.

No sure-fire stars there (Paul has big potential but likely won't be any more than a top 9 forward) but definitely some value there.

The point here is that Milbury is the idiot that just keeps on giving!!

Oh and Bill Muckalt does a great job on my lawn during the summer months.

I never wanted to urinate on my own TV until I saw him doing hockey games for NBC. I considered it but thought better of it.

I'm not one to tell someone how to live their life but if you piss on your TV... just unplug it first please. Not even Milbury is worth taking that risk.
