There was no response from Sather when asked for a comment. (Edmonton Journal)

Matheson covered Sather and the Oilers in their glory years and he has covered the Oilers organization since 1973.

I think it will be Gorton, I like him. My best friend used to work for both of them, said Gorton really knows his stuff and will make a solid GM one day. We may knock Sather, but he has his good and bad days.
