I suggested such a move in an earlier post since the Royals were low in HR power and Howard is from STL, right down the ole highway. DH Butler is a free agent and hit 271/.323/.379 last year. Not sure if a .223 power guy is what they'll want. But 9 HR, 66 RBI vs. Howards 23 HR 95 RBI and .223/.310/.380 might be attractive to KC despite annual 200 Ks. Then the door would be open for Franco.
