If he's available when the Lakers draft late in the 1st round with Houston's draft pick.....I'd take him and trade Randle. Or move Randle to the bench.
Unless they luck their way to the top pick and select Ball, then they wouldn't need to go PG.

I feel you brother, and welcome to the hoop!

I'm just hoping it's a clean game, where obvious fouls are called and they let them play.

Cincy has a rep for playing tough defense and the Bruins have a rep for playing soft. I think it's only natural for these refs to have that in the back of their minds, which in my point of view gives the edge to Cincy. They expect it from Cincy so they may tend to let it go, but since they don't expect if from UCLA is looks like an easy defensive foul.

Mostly if the whistle are loose, I hope it doesn't take guys, from either side, out with two early or three in the half.

We watch these games to see the players play, and if they are easy calls, I just want the refs to swallow the whistle.

So far, it seems the refs are as important as any in this tourney when I feel they should be as transparent as to what is reasonable.

Game will be about tempo. Cincy needs this to look like Georgetown Pitt in the glory days of the Big East. UCLA wants tone look like the showtime Lakers.

Right now I have the non-goal tending in NW game #1

Clear #1.

The calls against Nova were just absurd though. Not even debatable.

but that call is just beyond comprehension. How do you miss that? It's like missing Justice Winslow having half his foot OOB, and then clearly tipping the ball OOBs on back to back possessions against Wisky in the NCG 2 years ago.

You simply cannot miss those.

Ball or Fultz would be a fine addition.

Otherwise you take Jackson and play Deng as a stretch 4.

I'd trade Randle either way, he's just not a modern NBA big anymore.

I moved on to worrying about my Wildcats. I used to worry about what UK team would show up for each game, with this team I worry which UK team will show up every 10 minutes

I get the temp angle, but I think a huge factor will be if Cincy can bust 3 pointers with a good percentage from the field.

God knows they will get more than their share of open looks vs them Bruins.

Totally capable of it, but capable of losing today. Watched most of their games this year and thE only thing consistent is their inconsistency. Soon as you think they grew up, you'll witness 5-10 minutes of shear stupidity. To win Monk needs to get out of his recent shooting slump, need production at the 4 spot, and show the smallest understanding of how to defend the pick and roll

In that regard, they remind me a bit of that 2012 Kansas team yall beat.
