Do you have a specific example of the refs not treating the Bolts fairly?

Was wondering about this myself. I don't see anything being called that tilt the ice one way or another because of PPs. Seem pretty evenly called at this point.

I don't think so, however, I think there would be plenty of skirmishes and bad blood following that hit in the Caps/Pens series.

Will Brian Boyle be suspended for his hit on Thomas Hickey right before he scored the overtime-winner? TH2N has more on his hit which was very similar to the one that Kris Letang received a one-game suspension for.
